Grand Prix Performance is Orange County's premier Tire, Wheel, and Service Center, and we are looking for the newest member of our team!  We are seeking an outstanding sales and customer service associate.  In this position you will have direct contact with the customer, and you will be expected use your sales experience and product expertise to match them with the right products from our product screen while providing world-class customer service.


Job duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Sell Tires, Wheels and other products and services we offer
• • Greet customers as they enter our store in a professional and friendly way
• • Answer phones and emails in a professional and effective way
• • Keep track/follow up with customers vehicles while in the shop
• • Find/Purchase wheels/tires/accessories/parts for customers
• • Solve problems with wheels/tires/parts/accessories
• • Order wheels/tires/etc.
• • Keep track of inventory
• • Keep informed about new products in marketplace
• • Process Invoices 
• • Process Purchase Orders

Requirements:

• • Must have a vast knowledge of tires and wheels.
• • Must be computer and internet savvy.
• • Must be able to communicate well in person and in writing.
• • Qualified candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
